"I previously had insurance with the cosigner on my car, so I did not take the time to shop around and learn about car insurance. At the end of 2022, the insurer we shared informed us that they'd be increasing our rate to something that wouldn't be sustainable for us, so my cosigner and I decided to split and get separate insurance for our cars. After introductions, she got right down to business. Lynn spent two full days helping me understand my current policy, explaining what my new policy could be, and ensuring that I was making informed decisions. To say Lynn is a sweetheart is an understatement. Lynn did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of. I now have an insurance bundle with State Farm that meets my needs and is cost efficient for my lifestyle. I typically dread interactions with insurance, car salespeople, DMV workers, etc. because they're notoriously tedious and unenjoyable experiences. Working with Lynn was the complete opposite. She was kind, efficient, quick, personable, and so so so helpful.
